1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the wij6 online gaming platform, accessible at wij6.net ("the Platform"), operated by wij6 ("we", "us", or "the Operator"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any person who accesses any part of the Platform regardless of the device, browser, or connection method used.

By using the Platform, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with wij6. This agreement is effective from the moment you first access the Platform or create an account, whichever occurs first. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, verbal representations, or understandings between you and wij6 relating to the subject matter herein.

wij6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside the wij6 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and wij6.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the wij6 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times when using the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. wij6 operates a strict 18+ policy. Underage gambling is illegal, harmful, and will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of wij6 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You are not located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the wij6 Platform or had your account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.

wij6 employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All registered users are required to submit valid government-issued identification documents before withdrawals can be processed and, in some cases, before certain account features become accessible. Acceptable KYC documents include a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued in Bangladesh or another recognised jurisdiction.

wij6 reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and source of funds at any time and at its sole discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions, withdrawal holds, or account closure.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on the wij6 Platform, you must complete the account registration process. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the wij6 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, wij6 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings generated across those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. wij6 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs as a result of your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.4 Account Currency

All wij6 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and wagering requirements are all expressed in BDT. There are no hidden currency conversion fees applied by wij6. Payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside of wij6's control.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

wij6 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by players based in Bangladesh:

• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

4.1 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed within the Cashier section of your account. wij6 reserves the right to adjust these limits at its discretion, with reasonable prior notice where possible.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified account holders are typically processed within 15 minutes for mobile financial service methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high platform demand, during scheduled maintenance windows, or where additional verification is required.

4.3 Verification Requirements

wij6 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents before processing any withdrawal request, regardless of the amount. Withdrawal requests will remain on hold until satisfactory documentation has been received and reviewed. Repeated failure to provide requested documentation may result in account restrictions.

4.4 Declined Transactions

wij6 is not responsible for delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by the player's chosen payment provider, network outages, bank processing delays, or any other factor outside of wij6's direct control. If a deposit fails to credit to your account within the normal processing window, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

4.5 Dormant Account Fees

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. wij6 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳200 or the remaining account balance (whichever is lower) to dormant accounts, beginning 30 days after the account is classified as dormant. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fees are applied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

wij6 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and campaign-specific offers tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the point of offer.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly displayed on each promotion page before you opt in.

5.2 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

wij6 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Using a payment method that is listed as ineligible for a specific promotion
• Placing low-risk or hedging wagers designed to exploit bonus terms rather than engage in genuine gaming activity
• Coordinating with other players to systematically exploit promotional mechanics

5.4 Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry date and time, displayed in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not fulfilled by the stated expiry will be automatically removed from your account along with any winnings generated from that bonus.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

wij6 sources all casino games and sports betting products from licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under the rules published by its respective provider, which are accessible from within the game interface.

6.1 RNG Certification

6.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software malfunction, system error, or any technical failure that results in incorrect game display, erroneous odds, or corrupted bet settlement, wij6 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. Winnings that result from a demonstrable software error or display malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the wij6 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this agreement:

• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or any interaction with wij6 support
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a way that simulates human gaming activity or harvests data
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other users or third parties
• Laundering money or using the Platform to facilitate any illegal financial activity
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software, security systems, or data infrastructure
• Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order, whether issued by wij6 or by any external responsible gaming scheme
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes against legitimate wij6 transactions without first contacting our support team to resolve the matter directly
• Posting or transmitting any abusive, threatening, defamatory, or offensive content via any Platform communication channel

wij6 reserves the right to investigate any account activity that it reasonably suspects is in breach of the above prohibitions. During any such investigation, wij6 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals from the relevant account. wij6's determination following such an investigation is final and binding.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your wij6 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any remaining balance (less any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours.

8.2 Closure by wij6

wij6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials
• Detection of underage gambling or provision of false age information
• Persistent abuse of bonus promotions
• Legal or regulatory requirements that necessitate account restriction

Where an account is closed by wij6 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (e.g., regulatory requirements), the balance will be returned to the player via a verified payment method.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion via their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion options range from a 24-hour cool-off period to a permanent exclusion. During any active self-exclusion period, the account will be restricted from deposits and real-money betting. 8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wij6's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to the Platform in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. wij6 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
